I was recently looking for some March cupholders to put into me Micra but after being offered them for £50, I had other ideas, the one I followed through on was putting some Almera cupholders in. They only cost me £10 off eBay and don't actually look that bad.
First take the lower centre console to see if there is space behind, there was for me.
2 screws to take out on the side of the lcc, one in each footwell. Should just slide out after.
Cut off tabs otherwise it will sit uneven.
Aline and mark where to cut.
Start cutting, remember, you can always remove material but cannot add it back on, so be careful and regularly test fit and see what needs cutting and what doesn't.
My cuts look super jank because I only had a swis army knife with some blunt wood saw. Use a dremel if you have one.
Sand your cuts and then mark and drill 2 holes in the front for the screws.
I used a file to smoothen the edges.
Screw in and finish!
(yes thats plastic on the floor, yes i hoovered it, leave me alone

Optional, cut the top tab off. I didn't, A: couldn't be bothered, B: will hold phone or what ever else in.
Could probably fit it in below the cubby hole, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ too late now.
