Momo steering wheel boss

I've just received my boss and had to remove the plastic from around the steering column to fit it this I'm sure is normal but the the steering feels really heavy now the boss is tightened up also it doesn't cancel my indicators any help please!!!!!

If you see at the back of the steering boss there are 3 dots/slots. These must be aligned with the 3 small things in the steering column in order to get your indicators cancelled.

I think it must be the wrong boss

For Micra k11 1996 on the part # is MC3514

That's what I have but it doesn't seem to fit properly and when I tighten the boss right up I pretty much can't turn the wheel

Have a look on the forum. There was a comprehensive guide. You must be doing something wrong mate.
When I did mine it was very very easy to do.

I think I got the boss for the 96 onwards rather than the before 96 boss
