Micra S Inner Tie Rod Help

Hello guys, I have recently bought a Nissan Micra S K11 from 2001 and I ran into a problem while trying to change the inner tie rods.
I have looked everywhere and nobody seems to have the inner tie rods that will match my car.
If somebody ran into the same problem or knows where I can find some inner tie rods I would be forever in your debt

A quick look on eBay lead me to Blue Print part ADN18741 and many other aftermarket equivalents (I can't guarantee that's correct for your car of course).
They all state inner end thread M16x1, outer end thread M12x1.25 - compare this to the ones on your car?

I have checked again, and I need M12 on both ends, and can not find them anywhere. Only with M16 + M12...

Does anyone know what other inner tie rods could match the length from the Micra ones but to be M12 on both ends ? ?
