Micra k11 1.4 difficulty starting

Hi I have a 2001 micra active 1.4 with 50k miles from New which has difficulty starting. New plugs fitted healthy spark good fuel pressure, engine turns well but will not fire. It seems that the fuel is not being fed to the injectors. Does anybody have any ideas what to look for next. There are no fault codes coming up. Any help or advice would be appreciated thankyou.

OK Frank fully understand that would account for why the plugs are not getting any fuel on them. I'll have a look at this as a possible solution. Thankyou

Light doesn't flash but will clean connectors thanks for the advice john

as the light is,nt flashing, it might be the constant 12v feed to the injectors at fault john

Hi, we had a similar sounding problem with a 2001 1.0 Micra auto. Following suggestions from the forum, I swapped the blue relay (which is housed second from the front in the black oblong box beside the battery) for a secondhand one (part number 252309F920). This resolved the starting issue.
