Micra centre???

Because my dad was so impressed with what i did to my old K11 "roxy"....He has now asked me if anyone had a "Micra centre" set up to break car's and sell on.....Like a scrappy does and also sell car's on once motd and taxed.


Bearing in mind i would sell stuff on at a cheaper rate then a scrappy and most companys on ebay so i get more custom.


And as i have good dealings with a bodyshop i could sell on POPULAR modification's i.e grill's....bodyparts.e.c.t


He said he will set it up for me i.e find a place to rent e.c.t..........If i run the buisness.......With his 37+ years as a high end salesman and my knowledge of car's he thinks it could work.


Now the question is......Would there be enough interest for you guys and gals.......???

There seem to be quite a few e-bay shops/sellers operating as micra specialists, but they seem to be more common in the north of england. Could be a nice little niche down south.

I think its the waste diaposal legislation and insurances that are the main barrier to this sort of business working on an official basis. Do plenty of research before hand.

Yeah im on the Cornwall/Devon border 45mins drive from exeter so can cover from penzance to somerset and bristol if need be.


I understand buisness's have diffrent type of insurance but can you elabirate on "trouble with insurance"??

Portsmouth would be awesome, that's just around the corner from me. Unlikely though I'd imagine, I seem like the only one here from Pompey area.
