Micra C+C door card

Hi All
Just purchased a C+C in black, the fabric is missing of the rhs door card, the seller said just colour it with dye or something, what do you experts suggest please?

Just the brown blue marks atm!

Are they easy to remove or does the whole inner door need to come off do you know?

Whole door card. It's a one peice unless you want to be brave and then you need to remove it all anyway as its staked from the back.
