I know how much of a hassle it is making MDF rings without a router......I bought one yesterday and it's sooo much easier, and a perfect cut too.
If anybody would like any MDF rings I'd happily make them some up, just name the inside and outside diameters, as well as the thickness of ring you want and I'll get them off to you.
