Bought a 1.0 k11 yesterday for a run around but after driving it to work this morning and have found a few. .. niggles lol clutch is going, drivers window fell off the runner and the blowers only blow cold :s

Just had a quick look and all water hoses are hot and it gets up to temp so not thermostat. .. also it looks like something is missing from the heater matrix as when u turn on the blowers it just blows directly out the matrix behind the dash no matter what setting it's on. ..
 
as the clutch plate wears thinner, the cable tension gets tighter over time if ignored.
if the clutch is slipping and the bite point is very high, try loosening the clutch cable tension via the thumbscrew at the end of the cable below the battery tray until the bite point is below 1/2 way.
clutch cable adjustment should be an annual routine.

for cold heater matrix, check if the control cables connecting the dial to both the diverter vane and the coolant valve has shifted or slipped off it's mount and needs adjusting. also check if the heater matrix isn't hydraulically blocked from debris/corrosion due to lack of coolant service and if the fins are blocked from rubbish if there's no pollen filter.
 
went a bit off route and carbon wrapped a gsxr track bike this weekend so didn't get a chance to sort the car but I shall heed all the suggestions/advice above and get the little beaut running like a dream :)
