The cars not here now, I can't test, we pick it up from my friends garage at 12 tomorrow, for the 30min drive to the mot station for 1. We don't have time to mess around looking for screws!

Got the CG air box off, and relocated the carbon canister.. Fitting the GA box tomorrow. Size difference!

So I started putting my GA16 Airbox on, realising I'm missing some of the breather pipe.... Not a happy bunny

Got the crank case breather all joined up, and found some eBay pipe that will do the job. All is well

Been a while since I've posted in here.
Car is doing well, got rev counter dials and a cherry bomb on there now. I've stripped a few things out of the interior, not going mad. The engine management light seems to be the mass air flow sensor. So we unplugged it... Car now runs really well. Will clean it out and put it back, when I've got some time.
I'm using the car daily and have done nearly 500 miles since I passed my test.
About as exciting as it gets, I'm fitting a new metal gear knob tomorrow.... All other money/effort is going on the Super S.
I love how this car just works. It does what I want it to every day, and doesn't question it. Safe to say, I'm in love with Micras again, and the want for a 205 GTI has faded.

Those who know me well, know that I'm a tad bipolar with this car. It's either the best thing in the world, or I hate it. She's been up for sale twice, and nearly scrapped once.
But, she lived to fight another day.
I decided to take her to JAE this year without anyone knowing. And here she is.

Roller painted, racing sparcos. Life is good, starlet is garaged....
I missed this car.

Thank you to everyone who knew about this, and kept quiet.

Drove to 60 miles to my girlfriends and back, used very little fuel, no problems to report.
Got home, checked the oil, topped up the washer bottle and washed it. Took it to a local meet. Kinda missing boost, but not as much as I missed the oh-so-cheap running costs.
