Masking 1.3 as 1.0

Hi guys, I am from czech rep and have a problem. It is illegal in our country to put bigger engine into the car, and i have 1.0 micra from 1995 and would like to make it 1.3. is there any chance i could make 1.3 engine look like 1.0 or somehow build 1.3 from 1.0? or should I just sell it and buy 1.3?

you can fit the 1.3 crank and rods scair, or else alter the cg1(0) to a cg1(3) on the block
