loud knock or bang

I have a 2006 micra sport..drivers side only, loud band or knock wen you drive over a pot hole or bump.pls wen steering is on full lock you here a knocking sound. Halfords changed the top suspension mounts but no joy any ideas

Well im taking it back ti them..will suggest that or CV joint

Knocking on full lock usually suggests driveshaft.

Or if its like mine was, spring had snapped and the anti roll bar bush had perished.
