loom questions

loom questions ed? pete? anyone?

im in the middle of building an engine but i need some help, are the early 1.0 micras is the loom the same as the 1.3 engines.

depends how old the car is ure taking it out of if its the same age as the one youve got then itll be ok

well see this is where it gets confusing, im using an auto block with cga crank and rods but with 1.0 flat top pistons and a cg13 head. its alos gonna be running on bike carbs with an ignition only ecu. any ideas electrical experts

well people change the 1.0 to 1.3s so i would of thought the looms be the same,

The ECU to engine loom will be exaclty the same, if you have an auto loom, then IIRC the throttlebody connectors will be different as well as some extra gearbox stuff.
As long as you are not changing from coil per plug to distributor or vice versa then you should have no problems.
You doing the carbs yourself or getting them professionally done?

im gettin a inlet made up for the carbs buts thats it, obviously they will need setting up properly on the road
