Looking to buy a reliable 1.0 engine stage rally micra..where to go?

Hi there, I am looking to do stage rally. I have just got my national B licence and I am now looking for a car to buy.

How much should it cost if I want someone to build one for me with the spac that could allow me to go into the races?

Also should I pay for insurance "per race" or 1 year? any website good for rally car insurance?
