Light Tinting

Ok guys.


Can I use just normal Halfords black spray paint to tint my head lights?!

Wanted to find out before i do it n its looks stupid and/or i fail my MOT at end of month.

inside, on the back panel (once i can get the fecking things apart, after getting the head light unit out, couldnt get the glass off the front, WELL & TRULY glued on!!

I'm sure that there's a trick...
...put it in a warm oven for a couple of minutes to soften the glue?...

ETA: careful not to melt the lamp unit of course

never thought of that haha,

will try in morning seems as im still off work with nowt better to do haha

I ovened mine at 100c for a few minutes with the bulbs still in.
