K13 Head Unit Swap

Has anyone swapped a radio head unit from a higher model, i.e the acenta with the sat nav etc, onto a lower model?

I want to replace my base model head unit with a better spec unit. I'm unsure if the connectors are the same or if I'll need to add additional aerials etc. I'm currently driving a 2011 Visia model with the basic disc drive and front mounted AUX port which isn't ideal...

Anyone have any idea?
