K12 Steering Wheel Controls

Hi Guys,

I've just bought a new head unit to replace the stock 6 CD changer unit in my 2006 160SR.

I've been looking about for stalk adapters and most state they will only work with the single din units.

Controls look the same to me..............

Is this nonsense?

Any help would be awesome.

I only just joined today so by now you may already have found out, I changed my 6 changer earlier this year and the used the Autoleads PC99-X70 & corresponding patch lead.
My steering wheel controls work perfectly with my new head unit.
