The springs will physically fit but they may not be suitable for that engine size.
The spring rates may differ depending on engine size, drastically affecting handling. The weights of engines will also be different (especially a diesel engine) so the front end may sit too low if e.g. you fit springs designed for a 1.0 to a 1.5 diesel Micra.
When I've been dealing with Eibach and Avo over the purchase of springs for my Micra and previously, my Focus, they always ask the engine size for the reason above. The 160SR Micra has it's own different springs, as does the diesel Micra IIRC.
The number of people I have seen fit some lowering springs to their car and then whinge "The back end is too high" and more often than not they've bought the wrong springs for the size engine of their car.
