Hi first post so go easy

Bought a 2003 1.0E for the daughter

checking all the oil, water levels etc before she use for college Monday

Can u tel me how to top the radiator up is the small tank to right (looking from front of car) a filler or over flow

as it seem below level or at best level with top of rad

The coolant tank is in front of the battery to the right of the radiator. If you look behind the tank you will see a min mark and max mark . I would personally top in between both marks and wait till engine heats up all liquid will rise a little.

Be careful when taking coolant cap off when engine hot best to let engine coolant down. In the haynes manual it recommends also to try get the same colour coolant
