K11 Rollcage Q

gday fellas

just wondering do they make different rollcages for K11's with sunroofs and different ones for K11's without a sunroof?

probably a pretty obvious answer i wouldnt think thered be a problem putting a non sunroof cage in a super s or vice versa

if anyone knows thatd be great

I would say the vast majority don't block the sunroof, unless they have extra cross-bracing above the driver, which most I've seen don't have. Mine wouldn't, but it's not in my Super-S after all.

I've not seen ones that specifically specify if they're for sunroof or not, but really, why are you putting a cage into a heavy Super-S after all?

Hey Dens, sorry I didnt make it on the wkend man!

Majority of them don't clear the sunroof.
(well not the assembly under the roof-lining anyway)

Mick: No worries mate Was a bit of a disaster anyway, but ah well.

And yeah, I completely forgot the roof lining is lower in the Super-S to accomodate the whole assembly. Whoops!

Yeah well I got a super s so any cage I get I'll only be able to use the rear half, unless I remove the sunroof winder rendering it useless, anyone got a cage in their super s? Ndxxx did you have your one installed?

I had a cage in my old super S, no longer had the sunroof in it though.
A pop-out perspex window will be how I do it this time round.

the cage in qld is at jdm garage... it came out of the half a 2 door he has there.. where my coils and wing came from ... bam
