K11 Preface Lambda Boss needed asap

Lambda sensor is broken, so needed to replace but upon unscrewing it, the boss came with it and i cannot get them apart since its rust welded. Anyone know where i can get a lambda boss? Need it before monday as MOT. This image is from a spare manifold which i cant get the boss out. Cannot use this manifold on the car either otherwise i would do.

That's a bummer.... Can't you weld a nut with the same thread size and pitch?

nope... cant weld and cant drive anywhere as mot is failed

saw a slit and open the slit a bit, it will screw out then

a slit on what?

a slit in the side of the boss,then hammer a flat screwdriver into the slot to open it up, that will free the thread off

Same problem overhere, I passed MOT with some firegum, airtite is what you need for that moment

Ahh ok nice one, ive ordered a 32mm spanner so ill try that first or if not then ill do this! Thanks man

I broke off the parts you are about to loosen. Also two out of eight studs. I cemented it (airtite) passed MOT and now drive around with lambda connector loose so it is stuck in open loop. But if your lambda eats threads then you might end up breaking studs to get manifold off so that is kind off worse to worser case scenario and mine hasn't ended yet
