K11 facelift rear lights fit pre facelift?

Can the facelift rear lights fit on the pre-facelift micra k11 and will it fit straight on?

Sorry, theres probably loads of threads about this but I don't have the time to look.

Same footprint hasan, but different wiring pinouts iirc
