JAE advanced tickets & BBQ's


If your attending JAE with the MSC this year, this thread is to book and pay for your advanced tickets and club BBQ's saving your money and hassle when you arrive at JAE.

Your JAE Ticket.


The prices will be the following for full weekend access, 1 day entry is the same price.

Tickets on the day arrival at the gate are £25.00, however if you pre-order your tickets with me you'll save £5.00 per ticket.

Advance Tickets are £20.00 per person


Your JAE club BBQ


Every year at JAE we hold a club BBQ on the Friday, Saturday evening and early afternoon on the Sunday. We offer a good selection of BBQ food as well as soft drinks and nibbles thrown in.

The price is £4.00 per BBQ per person. All 3 BBQ's would be £12.00 per person.

I'm with Alan - Won't be able to afford the ticket until next month but I have booked the time off work already so I will DEFINITELY be there!
 
Kev, can i pay for the BBQ nearer the time? I'll be paying for my GF and can't spare £70 odd quid at the moment, but would like to get advanced tickets.

i`m sorry to say i won`t be there for the full weekend this year i can`t get the week off work i`m going to try and get the saturday and sunday off so i can come down and catch up with everyone though :)
 
I will be paying end of this month Kv - Money has been a little tight recently, but I'm not going to stop that ruin JAE!

I really need to start collecting more pre-paid tickets and BBQ payments now.

Only 52 days to go and the tickets need to be in well before the show.

hey kev, i get paid at the end of the month so thats the 30th but the guys that might be coming aswel are a bit useless at making their minds up so i dont know if they will have the money or decided by then. so say we bought our tickets seperatly as in by ourselves after the deadline could we still get on the stand?
 
Your payment will be fine on the 30th for the pre paid tickets,

You can still purchase tickets on the gate on the day. I will need allocate our stand spaces to club members first, I don't see it being a problem fitting your friend's cars on as we never fill the stand, but on the off chance we do, I will have to put MSC members first.

With the amount of non micra's on the stand I may split it between micra's and other cars.

That sounds fair Kev - very good idea too. Needs to be a Micra section, and Non-Micra section - I still have no idea what I'm coming in yet lol

im hoping to come. my other half hasnt got a paid membership but is doing his k11 up as well as me, is he allowd to come with his k11.

If he wants to join the club as bronze level he his more then welcome to come along.

Yes that's correct, you don't have to pay for a space on the MSC stand, the club pays for that.

To just remind everyone, only 6 more days left to save a few £'s on your pre-paid tickets.

just paid for 2 tickets via paypal as a gift so no charges ;) and by the way i left a message on the payment saying that ill pay for the bbq on the days im there as i may not be staying the whole weekend
