Itb's on micra k11 what i need to know to build

Probably you need to consider how you are gonna attach the throttle bodies mechanism to the micra gas pedal cable.
Then if you can straigt bolt the throttle bodies, manifold and injectors/fuel rail to the engine biggest problem would be the new engine management. You need something that is able to use standard micra trigger patern (Speeduino has a daihatsu 4+1 trigger type that can be used fora micra), or else youre gonna need some kind of trigger wheel setup.
If you are tuning alpha/n then you only need a TPS on the throttle bodies. Else you could run a tune based on MAP with readings from the 4 bodies or run a MAF and have a closed airbox on top of the bodiess (this last doesnt make much sense if you are trying to change to this new setup)
Maybe also check if you only have injectors a fuel pressure regulator and check if your current fuel pump is healthy.
*I can say that the most difficult thing is to make all pieces bolt to the current engine*
