Iridium Plugs

WIll this BKR5EIX-11 NGK Iridium plgs cause engine / piston damages if I use them in a CG10DE engine?

I use NGK iridiums in mine because im too lazy to change them every couple of years!

No damage yet that i know of....

Don't think they are worth the cost to be honest..

I use BKR7E-11 normal NGK plugs on my turbo engine and they are fine..
