Hi folks - can anyone suggest what I can do to get these bolts out?

and also where I could get replacements

Looks like you may have to grind them off, and drill out bud. They are well grown together.

Like Dave says. Grind them off, then drill the remainder out so you can fit a nut and bolt.

A good one, and an 18v cordless should sort it.
