Instrument Cluster Indicator Bulbs (K12)

The LH indicator on the Instrument Cluster does not illuminate. This is an MoT failure and Nissan suggest that I need to change the whole Instrument Cluster !!!! I won't tell you the price, but I nearly fainted. They say its a sealed unit and cannot be repaired. Surely, if it is an MoT failure the bulbs sholud be a cinsumable, NOT the whole Instrument Cluster. Any advice on what I can / should do ? :down:

you mean the connector that you put the bulb in? i have a few in the shed brand new!

I don't know what the problem is with the Instrument Cluster as I (or a Garage) have not removed it yet. The LH Indicator does not 'Flash' when indicating left on the Console.
