Ignition coils 2+3 are burned K12 2004

In one year, Ignition coils 2+3 are burned 2 times, and 1+4 1 times. The fuse of the brain below the right headlight also burned. All the times, air-condition is on in 3 or 4 scale.

I tried genuine and imitation ignition coils.

why are they burned?

At nissan dealership crew they told me the problem was poor grounding.
They repaired it and so far the car is doing well.
