No, all Micra engines are twin cam. It simply means that there is a cam for the intake and exhaust.

my 1999 K11 was not twin cam
that's impossible unless someone changed the engine, which is highly unlikely, oh and to answer your question about cambelts, they don't have one, they have a chain, hence the rattle.
