I Got Accepted!

Months ago i applied for an enginnering apprenticeship.

About 4 months after I applied i got a letter saying that they wanted to interview me, so i went allong and it went really well,

A week after that i got a letter sayin that i was invited to come along for a full day interview along with 20 ofther candidates which included another interview, exams and activities for them to asses. So i went along to that, interview went really well, but the exams were hard!

Anyway, today i got a phone call sayin that iv been accepted

i was so pleased!

only 8 got selected for the appreticeship out if 150 applicants!

im so pleased

So you need to start learning some of the common phrases:
- If you can't fit it... Hit it!
- When in doubt, give it a clout!
- And finally "Ahhh, they'll never spot that in the wreckage!"

Be suspicious if they make you go for:
- Tartan Paint
- Left handed screwdriver / saw
- A fitters hard punch (You'll get whacked!)
- A clip on lug. (You'll get whacked!)
- Skyhooks
- A long weight/stand (you'll be there a while!)

They go on forever!

From what i understand, People at the Washington plant are lucky to have a job
as they have got rid of loads.
