How to get these feckers out?

So I've been replacing blown bulbs behind the panels and switches and this is the last one. The bulb which illuminates the back window defog switch is gone (not the on/off light).

I can't for the life of me figure out how the switches come out. I can take off the centre panel, unscrew the heater control unit and get it out of the way and get my fingers to behind those switches but still can't figure it out. Anyone know if it's possible without taking the dash out?

I would take a flathead screwdriver to that trim (looks like it clips in and pops out)...should be simple then...

It its anything like my dash buttons they would be clipped in.

You might have to pull the lot forward and push them out from the back

It just pops out grab a cloth and a screwdriver job done
