how the hell dya remove the bumper

ok ok, i need to remove my super S bumper, to fill in the gap. how do i remove it? ive taken out about a million bolts, and its still stuck fast,,,, it will not move.

can anyone show me roughly where all the screws are,,,,,,?????

that depends on if they go in dry!!!
four nuts hold the bumper support bar on, two in the boot and two underneath. then a couple of self tappers on each side

ok, i just presumed it was the rear for some reason.
remove grill and headlights, four bolts under headlights, three self tappers either side, two under bumper, one under wing under arch liner. and a few clips into the cross member.
