how much is it worth?

Right i know someone who is buying a k10 micra for a runaround, but seeing as my k11 got crashed into, he is giving me the option of buying off him.

I have been told the following:

1.1 with 5 speed box
silver
3-door
t&t till may
quite alot of service history (book all stamped up etc)
1 owner from new (well 2 cos he bought it yestarday)
passed the last 3 m.o.ts (possibly more than that) without any problems.
44000 on the clock.
in good condition.

The only thing putting me off is it being a 1.1, and my k11 1.3 16v was starting to feel slow for me, that said i remember my mum had a 4speed 1.0 k10 and that was quite nippy.

So what would people expect to pay for a k10 like this?

no such thing as a 1.1. K10s are either 1.0 or 1.2.
Good mileage though.

1st off, there's no such thing as a 1.1.

The K10 was only available with a 988 and 1235 cc engine!

I would pay £300-400 just looking at the list but obviously I'd need to see some photo's, the price would then be adjusted to reflect the condition. A little rust on the vehicle of that age is to be expected.


Age of the car? I guess it must be 1990?

I bought a J reg ma10 ls in good nick with 45k and 3months Tax/Mot a year ago for £220. A few prangs on the bodywork, but no rust and a perfect runner. Considering 1 owner from new, I would not pay more than £250 with mint bodywork. They are not worth much fella.
