How much for new gear linkage?

Can anyone tell me where to buy and how much for a 1998 k11 brand new gear linkage complete. Mines become really stiff and vague, so i think it's time to replace the lot. Don't wanna go to scrappies to fit one that will probably knack again in 6 months time. Thanks.

Perhaps It's your gearbox at fault???

Gears 1 to 4 slot in ok. Side to side action is a tiny bit stiff. Right hand side, 5th and reverse is the worst. Spring still attached but suspect bushes or ball joint has seized. Gonna strip it down anyway, replace and lube up new linkage.
