How much for new gear linkage

Can anyone tell me where to buy and how much for a 1998 k11 brand new gear linkage complete. Mines become really stiff and vague, so i think it's time to replace the lot. Don't wanna go to scrappies to fit one that will probably knack again in 6 months time. Thanks.
