I know micras have a small hole in their torque/power curves to deal with emissions stuff but......

Yesterday i swopped my 1.0L inlet cam for a 1.3L cam. i can definitely feel more power, but the hole in the power is now really significant between 40-50mph in 2nd gear (estimated 4000-5000rpm). I swopped on my adjustable fuel pressure regulator and bumped up the fuel pressure, first to 3Bar then to 4Bar. each time, the hole got bigger so that now the car barely pulls from 60-65mph in 3rd gear. surely i must have done something wrong..... any ideas welcome!

not as far as i'm aware Frank! whats the difference and results? i'm still on the standard rev limit.....

it holds the ecu in closed loop tom, so you dont get any acceleration enrichment above a set mph
you just need to remove a screw on the back of the clocks on a pre-face

if its a facelift then just unplug the speedo sender on the g/box

i posted on here but dunno where its a crosshead behind the speedo (1 either side) that secures the printed circuit plastic sheet, removing either screw will delete it

you get acceleration enrichment on all 5 gears, (but you will burn the cat out on a long hill tho)
