Check your brake pads. Its possible that they are worn and when the hub deforms just a little bit when turning, the metal part of the pad backing comes into contact with the disk.
Or check that there isn't some part of the suspension/ brake assembly touching anything.
Pretty muck, jack the car up, take the wheel off and, SAFELY, turn the steering wheel in the direction that makes the squeal, and stick your head in and rotate the hub by hand.
SAFELY!!
Look for anything that makes the noise, you should be able to zero in on the source.
If the car falls off the jack with your head in there, its tickets.....
I always put the wheel under the car, so that it catches the car before it hits the concrete, and me.
