Help with a connector

Hi all

While removing some of the connectors, this little git snapped on me, there are two connectors on the right hand side of the head, bigger one a blue colour then there is this one, a smaller connector.

Just wondering what this is, easy to repair or replace?

the 1 wire one is the temp gauge glen, just crimp a new female spade on eh
