help please on lowering sports spring kit

if i buy a lowering sports spring kit would i need to get anything these to fit them? (A friends fitting them lol)
and is £53.99 a good prise (p&p £14.99)

I'd reccomend spring compressors for the front springs.

Thats it. You can change them without compressors although I have always used the spring compressors.
