hello, thought I should introduce myself,
my name is andrew, I'm an 18 year old student origionaly from southampton, but attending plymouth university.
few days ago, me and my sister got my aunt's 1999 (T reg) micra as a first car to finally learn to drive in.
as soon as I found out, I got myself the haynes manual, and started trying to learn as much as possible.
spent the first day we had it, cleaning the dog hair, mud and assorted other crud out the whole thing, and fixed the cigarrete socket (replacing the fuse, and re-bending some connections)
unfortuenately, I then went back down to plymouth, so haven't been able to do anything more yet
joined here since it seems like an excellent place for advice on how to keep it running properly, and occasional assistance on repairs and maintainance.
