Hello! - K10 project looming

Hello guys,

Just signed up after searching many things for a project I just need to get off my mind! So hello, glad to be here.

May I go ahead and ask straight away...

Mint K10, raggedy 1.3 k11 donor, cbr600 carbs.. is this horrifically difficult? I know engine mounts would need making, drive shafts would need bodging and maybe some stand alone management?

I keep being told that no, it's not really difficult. and I've always been a sucker for a fast k10.

If anyone can help with the nitty gritty of what I'd need to do, that'd be great.

You'd need:

Cg10/13 engine
Preface lift cg10 flywheel (can bolt straight to ma10 gearbox, no need for new shafts)
Modify ma10 dizzy to fit cg10/13 engine
Make drive side mount........done

Or if injection is your thing and you want a bit of reliability then put a pre nats ECU and loom in from a k11 and jobs a gooden
