Head removal questions

Hi guys,

I.m trying to remove the head from my k11 cg10. So far I've got the manifolds and rocker cover off.
But can't for the life of me figure out how to remove the upper cam/timing chain (not sure what its called).
Can anybody gimme some help please

You can hold the cam shaft with an open end spanner whilst you undo the bolt holding the cam sprocket on... It'll be tight!

Thanks Polly, have got plenty of photos of them and marked them up aswell
