I was watching this old video earlier today which was made around 1999-2000, and in the street racing segment there was a pretty plain looking red Micra with crap wheels. The other car was an S13 Silvia that was good for low 13s.
On take off the Silvia jumped off the line than the Micra hit second gear and nailed past the the Silvia and kept on pulling away.
There was an SR20T under the bonnet
