Thought I'd share my bush removal technique. So much easier than hammer and socket. No fancy gear required. Got a video to show it too.
Tools:
*Angle grinder/stanley knife (cleaner option)
*cordless drill and a 3/4mm drill bit
Technique:
*Grind/cut the lip from the bushes both sides(sorry no picture)
*Drill into outer edge of bush and allow drill to rotate around the bush and sleeve.
*Gently pull every half turn as drill spins round and the bush will work its way out.
Note:
If you find the drill bit coming out top far as you pull the bush out simply drill back in and continue... but it means your pulling too hard
