can anyone tell me where the gearbox filler plug is located on my 1997
1 litre micra

Remove the speedo cable and fill it up through that

Just as Arnold said, To clarify, the speedo cable is loacted on the back of the gearbox, you will see a black cable coming out the gearbox.

I would reccomend using 1 litre bottles if you are going to re-fill the box, as they are nice and small and can be wedged inbetween stuff with the nozzle pointing into the gearbox filling thing.

i think 1.0 box takes 2.8l and the 1.3 takes 3l.
