Gearbox oil: What brand/viscosity do you recommend?

The header says it all really. I don't think the oil has been checked in my K11 since it was new, and since then it's done 106K so it's probably due replacement. Any suggestions?

I didn't get a handbook with this car: I got the car and one key, and that was it. I'll have a gander elsewhere.

I'm using Fuchs I think, but if you're not running mad power anything half decent will be ok.

I can't afford to build Mad Power, so I guess Comma oil will be used
