Gearbox oil filling.

Where is best to fill the gearbox oil for access cause the speedo cable access is quite restrictive

1.3 gearbox-plug on the front but with everything in the bay that too is hard to get too. Think its a 3/8 ratchet size

I still have the radiator out etc just getting to the back is a nightmare! hope to be driving it home by Friday!

Ahh simples, well just take out the plug thats just to the left of the gearbox mounti. And it should be approx 2.5-3ltrs, just until it starts to pour out is where i fill it to

I fitted a 42k automatic engine with new clutch and new crossmember welded in! Started it today and fired up 1st time after being sat for a year upside down and oil urinating out of the inlet and exhaust ports!
