GA16DE throttle body

Could you fit a throttle body like the one in the link below on a CG10DE?

USDM GA16DE throttle body and inlet plenum/mani won't fit as the hole spacing is different at the very least. UKDM one fits with work but needs mapping or you'll run lean as its scaled for higher flow rates.
