Fuel Tank Sender Unit-Fuel Gauge

I will be changing the sender unit on my 2002 1.4se and am after info/suggestions /input from anyone who has done this or is there a thread relating to this? I have a Haynes manual but not much info and have trawled the Internet again not much info any help would be much appreciated? B-)

The sender is kaput mate and fed up of looking at a fuel gauge saying only half full knowing I filled her up lol!
