Fuel pump

any body had problems with the fuel pump coming of inside the tank second time it has happened to me last time I changed the tank this time could do with resolving the problem or does any run a alloy tank and a external fuel pump.

To get round this, I have put 2 fairly big cable ties around the pump! Sounds a little 'agricultural' but it does the trick. A very simple way of holding it in place. The cable tie goes underneath the runners the pump housing clips onto and the just over the whole housing
