Fuel injection problem

I recently overhauled my CG 13 engine, when I started running it, it only run for about 10 minutes, then the fuel run out and the engine stopped running. After refueling the engine would not start. I checked the fuel lines and found them to be OK. When I feed fuel at the intake manifold the engine starts and stops when the fed fuel runs out.
What could be the solution here.

have you tried a drop of fuel down the throttlebody ?
nats light flashing ?

Yes I have but as soon as the fuel in the throttle finishes, the engine stops running.

if you have a 12v feed to the injectors then it sounds like a nats problem
